Total Service Solutions, Inc. (TSS) is an information technology company based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The company was founded in 1989 by John W. Chandler. In 1999, Mr. Chandler received a Governor's Citation from the State of Maryland recognizing the company's business performance.
